This commitment is reflected in our strong emphasis on training programs. Additionally, we welcome our new employees into our restaurants to give them first-hand insight into our food production processes.
Every year, Quality Foods Africa joins forces with like-minded organizations to combat hunger and provide nutritious meals to underprivileged communities across Nigeria. Our social commitment also extends to supporting individuals in less privileged communities, a cause we have consistently championed.

Our supplier agreements are all in line with our ethical standards and corporate values.

At Quality Foods Africa, reducing our environmental impact remains a key focus. One of our significant initiatives involves expanding the use of renewable energy, particularly through the installation of solar power systems in many of our new outlets.
Advancing our sustainability efforts, we launched a collaborative initiative with Coca-Cola to tackle plastic waste through reduction and recycling programs-this was done alongside the celebration of 2025 world water day. In alignment with this, we are gradually phasing out single-use plastics in favour of more sustainable alternatives—serving ice cream in paper cups across all our locations.
Our approach to sustainability also includes improving energy efficiency, resource utilisation, and waste management practices.
